The safety of our clients is paramount hence we recommend that our tenants read the attached ‘Tall Building’ Fire Safety leaflets which contain some excellent safety advice, particularly if you live in a tall building. We regularly carry out visits to all of our high-rise and other buildings and our appointed specialists undertake risk assessments periodically to ensure that our buildings and our tenants remain safe.
In addition, sprinkler systems have been installed in our tall buildings this will assist Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Fire & Rescue Services and anyone who reaches out to the general public regarding fire protection.
