Overview
Andium Homes is a Government owned not-for-profit organisation and Jersey’s principal provider of social rented and assisted purchase homes. We are the Island’s largest landlord, owning more than 5,000 rental properties and we provide good quality homes and highly valued landlord services for more than 10,000 Islanders. Alongside this we deliver an annual programme of assisted purchase sales utilising our Andium Homebuy scheme which offers deposit free sales at 75% of the property value. 

Andium is not funded by the tax payer, all of our services, developments and borrowing is paid for from our rental and sales income. We also make an Annual Return to Government of at least £29m. Providing great homes and services for our residents is our passion. We have a dedicated team of housing professionals ensuring consistent delivery of our services to our residents, which are shaped around their needs.

With a challenging Business Plan to deliver, and plans for significant growth, we are looking for excellent individuals to supplement our small, but dedicated team.
