Andium Homes owns a significant number of car parks, and we apply certain rules in respect of who can and cannot park on these estates.
We do not allocate spaces to individual homes or people, and whilst a parking permit gives an entitlement to park, this is on a first come, first served basis, it does not give any guarantee of a parking space.
Some estates require a parking permit to park, and some are merely reserved for residents. There is signage on each site specifying whether a parking permit is required.
We also require that any vehicle parked on our land is;
- Roadworthy
- Insured
- In Regular use
- Not of excessive size or weight
- Not a commercial vehicle

It is important that no vehicle is parked on our land unless it is authorised to be there, the car parks are supervised and unauthorised vehicles will be removed and impounded without notice
Residents Permits
Parking in car parks reserved for ‘Permit Holders Only’
Where an estate requires a ‘Permit’ to park a vehicle, one parking permit only will be issued, free of charge, to each household, subject to the following:
- the household does not have private parking already provided, such as a private driveway or garage;
- an application is made in the agreed form;
- Permits will only be issued to the tenant or a registered household member, provided that the applicant produces;
- A valid driving license; and
- A vehicle registration document demonstrating ownership of the vehicle;
- Evidence that they reside at the property;
- the applicant does not already hold a parking permit for another vehicle for use on the same estate or elsewhere;
Andium Homes reserves the right to decline to issue a permit, or withdraw a permit, or otherwise limit access to car parking facilities, if these conditions are not adhered to, at its absolute discretion.
How do I apply?
You can apply online using the Parking Permit Request Form, our Client Services Team will process your application and send out your parking permit in the post.
If you wish to update or cancel your permit you can also do this on the following forms
Can I have more than 1 permit?
In most instances, to ensure fairness for all additional permits will not be allowed. However, where a car park facility has capacity for additional parking, an additional permit may be issued on a monthly fee paid basis. In such instances, permits will be cancelled if monthly fees are not paid promptly.
Can I get a permit for a work vehicle?
In most instances, parking for commercial vehicles is not allowed. However, where a vehicle is essential for employment, and the household does not have a parking permit for another vehicle already, a permit may be issued, subject to application and assessment.
How do I know which parking space is mine?
We do not allocate parking spaces in our car park facilities. Holding a parking permit gives a right to park the vehicle in a designated and marked parking space, subject to availability, on a first come first served basis.
Who will Patrol the Estates?
G4S will continue to carry out regular parking patrols on all Andium estates.

Andium Homes uses any excess car park capacity as a means of generating income from Private Paid Parkers. The income generated assists in meeting the costs of car park management. The availability of Paid Parking Permits is limited and subject to the demand for parking from residents and other priority groups. Paid Parking Permits can therefore be terminated at any time with 1 months’ notice.
Paid Parking Permits will be charged at average market rates for the area and are subject to review and RPI increase each year. Payment for paid permits is only accepted directly via the ParkSmart Portal
