Welcome to our Homes to Rent page, where you can register interest in any properties we have available to let.  

The process is straight forward, these are some key points to remember

• We will need your 5 digit Affordable Housing Gateway number which can be obtained by applying here
• The Gateway will advise you what property size you are eligible for, and you can register interest towards properties listed below using your unique Gateway Number by clicking “more details” and then “register interest”.
• Properties are allocated to the highest priority applicants on the Gateway list and they will usually be contacted within one working day to view. This is not an offer however it is an opportunity for you to confirm your interest in the property.
• You will be given 24 hours to view the home and confirm your interest. 
• Once all viewings are complete we will allocate the home. 
• If you are made an offer and accept you will be invited to sign your tenancy agreement within 48 hours
• Before accepting any offer please consider your current lease and how much notice you need to give because rent will be charged for your new home from the day you sign your tenancy agreement. Please also see our Rents & Charges page for more information
