Parking Permits

Andium Homes owns a significant number of Car Parks, and we apply certain rules in respect of who can and cannot park on these estates.  Some estates require a parking permit to park, and some are merely reserved for residents. There is signage on each site specifying whether a parking permit is required.

It is important that no vehicle is parked on our land unless it is authorised to be there.

We do not allocate spaces to individuals and whilst a parking permit gives an entitlement to park, this is on a first come, first served basis, it does not give any guarantee of a parking space.

Full details can be found in our Parking Policy.

G4S undertake patrols and enforcement of the parking across our estates.

There is also a 24/7 response line 500795 for tows, releases of vehicles and reporting obstructions.

Andium Homes Parking Permit – Service Improvements

Effective 9th June 2025
We understand how important parking is for our clients and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continually improve our service.  We are pleased to share some upcoming changes to how we manage Parking Permits, effective from 9th June 2025.

From this date, we will take over full responsibility for parking administration, including the issuing of permits and access control fobs.  This service will be managed directly from our Don Street office. While G4S will no longer be involved in issuing permits,  they will continue to support us by patrolling our estates to helping to prevent unauthorised parking.

1. What’s Changing?
Andium Homes is taking over full responsibility for the management of parking permits across all our estates, starting 9th June 2025.

2. Do I need to renew my Parking Permit?
No action is required if your details are up to date.
  • All tenant parking permits will be automatically renewed for the duration of your tenancy.
  • We will contact you if we need updated information or documentation.
Note: Medical, Contractor, and Care Agency permits will still require annual renewal.

3. Who will Patrol the Estates?
G4S will continue to carry out regular parking patrols on all Andium estates.

4. What if I receive a Warning or my Vehicle is towed?
If you receive a warning or your car is towed, please contact G4S directly. The process for handling these issues remains unchanged.

5. What if I lose my Permit or Access Fob/Card?
If your parking permit or fob/card is lost, please contact Andium Homes.
  • Replacement permit: £10
  • Replacement fob/card: £12

6. Is my current Permit still valid?
Yes, your current permit remains valid—regardless of its printed expiry date—until your new permit is issued later in 2025.

7. What if my Permit expires in June or July 2025?
If your permit expires mid-year, it will be temporarily extended until the end of 2025.
  • It remains valid during this period.
  • A new, open-ended permit will be issued before the year ends.

8. When will I receive my new Permit?
New permits will be distributed in batches and sent to all eligible tenants by the end of 2025.

9. What if my Personal Details or Vehicle Information has changed?
Please visit the Andium Homes Office on 33-35 Don Street, St Helier, with your updated documentation so we can amend your permit details or change it yourself via our online form on our website.

10. How long will my new Permit be valid?
Your new permit will be valid for the full duration of your tenancy or if you decide to cancel your permit.

11. Why don’t the new Permits have Expiry Dates?
We’ve removed expiry dates to eliminate the need for annual renewals—saving you time and simplifying the process.

12. How do I update my Permit in Future?
If your vehicle or circumstances change, simply bring the updated documents to our office and we will update your permit accordingly or use our online form via our website.

13. What if I don’t receive my new Permit right away?
Please don’t worry—permits are being issued in batches throughout the year. You only need to contact us if there is a change or we will contact you if we require additional information from you.

14. Where can I get more Information?
You can stay updated via:
  • The Andium Homes website

15. What if I can’t find a Parking Space?
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. While a permit allows you to park, it does not guarantee a specific space.
G4S will continue patrols to ensure parking is used fairly and in line with our Policy and Statutory requirements.

16. What happens if my car is towed?
If your car is towed by G4S, you will need to ring G4S on 500795 to arrange for the vehicle to be released. To avoid your car being towed please ensure that:
  • Your valid permit is clearly displayed
  • You are parking correctly and in the right area
  • The car is road worthy
